Source Code License Agreement

1. Grant of License
YuanqiZhiKe Toolkit ("the Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code packages ("Tools") provided on this website. By downloading, installing, or using any Tool, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. Permitted Use
You are permitted to:
- Download and use the Tools for personal, non-commercial learning and educational purposes.
- Modify the source code for your own personal use.
- Run the Tools locally on your own devices.
3. Prohibited Use
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Commercial Use: Using the Tools, in whole or in part, for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or distributing the Tools.
- Repackaging: Repackaging, redistributing, or reselling the Tools or any derivative works.
- Profit Websites: Building any website or platform that generates revenue (through ads, subscriptions, or any other means) using the Tools or any modified version thereof.
- Claiming Ownership: Removing or altering copyright notices, trademark symbols, or attribution statements from the source code.
- Technical Support: Demanding technical support, bug fixes, or updates from YuanqiZhiKe Toolkit.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE TOOLS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YUANQI TECH TOOLKIT MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE TOOLS IS WITH YOU.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL YUANQI TECH TOOLKIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE TOOLS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any modifications you make to the source code and any consequences resulting from your use of the Tools. This includes but is not limited to:
- Data loss or corruption caused by Tool malfunctions
- Business losses resulting from incorrect Tool outputs
- Legal issues arising from misuse of the Tools
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Tools, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of YuanqiZhiKe Toolkit. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Tools in your possession.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YuanqiZhiKe Toolkit operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
